I went to my alma matter, Radford University, on the 23rd and 24th of Feburary and used material from, YOUR LEADERSHIP MAP, for presentations and discussions. I met with ROTC Cadets, Business Communication students, and did a lunch time discussion with students working on their Industrial - Organizational Psychology Master's Degree. It was a rewarding experience. I wish I had taken pictures of my time with the students but it slipped my mind. I also had opportunity to accompany Dean Faye Gilbert of the College of Business and Economics (COBE) through the new COBE building. It should be ready for the fall semester (hard hats for everyone, I am the one on the far right). The trip was wonderful and I look forward to meeting with more students in the future.
